Concession Fee: Schweitzer
Mountain Resort require all
organizations operating on the mountain to enter into a Concession
Agreement and to pay a Concession Fee. The Concession Agreement
defines our business relationship, including responsibilities and
obligations of each party, and requires a fee be paid for our use of
their property. SARS Board negotiated a fee of 7% of our tuition income, this
is added to your total tuition.

Volunteer Policy

Required For Holiday Camp-Only Registrations)

of STARS athletes are exempt from the volunteer policy)

Athletes that don't compete in any competitions are exempt but we
welcome your help!
Providing quality competitions for your athletes is a major part the SARS
organization.
SARS volunteer policy is
applicable to families whose kids race in USSA
sanctioned races. This does not include our home series races. STARS
and non-racing J6’s are exempt from this policy.
SARS volunteer policy is 2 days of race work for one racer, and 3 days
of race help for 2 or more racers. Each of the races that SARS puts on
during the year will have jobs identified where this requirement can be
met. Sign up for most jobs is on a first come basis, with a few select
jobs at each race assigned.
Families can buy out of the volunteer commitment for $250.
If you sign up to work and don’t
follow through you will be billed $125 per day.
